$50 Pet fine on Broadwalk
Up $240 pet fine on the Beach
@ Villa Sinclair Beach Suites & Spa
We Do Not Accept Pets:
Every time You would be on the Beach, on the Broadwalk or at a Restaurant Terrace, your Dog/Pet would have to stay in your suite, maybe Barking & disturbing other guests or Chewing on our Furniture or Peeing etc….

By LAW:
We Do accept « Service Pet » with proper recent documentation that is less than 3 months old from Your Doctor or if You are Disable.
There is $29/night Pet Fee + $20/per Poop Picking up fee on Property, if You DO NOT Pick up after Your Pet!
+ $200 Deep Steam Cleaning Fee upon check out required & You Must come with Proof of Personal Liability insurance Covering Your Pet with a minimum amount of $300,000 just in case, your dog/pet bites another guest or damages your suite.
